Where Does Your Deepest Energy Lie?

Join leadership consultant Rebecca Stephens – who also happens to have been the first British woman to summit Everest and has gone on to climb the highest peak on every continent – in this engaging, live online session. Rebecca will be building on her recent DLQ article that draws on Sir Ernest Shackleton’s epic 1916/17 expedition and escape from Antarctica and how it illustrates the fundamental role of purpose in achievement and performance, with some more contemporary examples and ideas, and how modern organizations can benefit from creating clarity around individual and organizational purpose – and the energy that can foster.

This event will last for 60-90 minutes and attendees will be asked to actively engage in small group discussion for 20 or so minutes of this time. This is a key part of the learning opportunity and we look forward to hearing the different views and outcomes it generates.
