Sustainable Leadership For The Decade Ahead

Issue 36

We publish this issue of Developing Leaders, the last of 2020, in the context of the devastating impact of the Covid-19 pandemic and the deep uncertainty this has brought. Yet we publish with some confidence that the business community’s capacity for innovation and resilience—exemplified during the crisis in collaboration to deliver new vaccines and treatments, tracking systems, and new ways of working—gives some reason to be optimistic about the future. In this issue we offer several approaches to reinforcing business leadership capacity for a better decade ahead.
